4. Engagement Terms

Scope & Engagement

• ONVELD only undertakes work once a scope, fee, and timeline have been agreed in writing via a signed engagement letter or proposal.
• Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, quotation, or binding commitment. Browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not create an advisor-client relationship.

Typical Commercial Terms

The following reflects ONVELD's general approach and is provided for information only — it is not binding until confirmed in a signed engagement letter for a specific engagement:

• 50% of the fee payable to commence, 50% on delivery of the report.
• Standard turnaround is 5 business days from receipt of complete data.
• Service area: South Africa and Namibia.

Confidentiality

Operational, financial, or performance data shared as part of an active engagement is handled under the confidentiality terms set out in the relevant engagement letter, not under this page.

5. Intellectual Property & Licence

Unless otherwise stated, ONVELD Asset Management and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

• Republish material from www.onveld.co.za;
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from www.onveld.co.za;
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from www.onveld.co.za;
